Equipment installation and commissioning services

For all types of CNC machine tools purchased by customers (e.g. slant-bed turret lathes, flat-bed hard-track lathes, etc.), we provide on-site installation services. Professional technical engineers will plan equipment placement on site, connect water, electricity and CNC system, and carry out precise commissioning, including spindle accuracy calibration, tool holder/tool holder positioning adjustment, CNC programme test operation and so on. It ensures that the equipment achieves the designed machining accuracy immediately after installation to meet the customer's production requirements, and at the same time explains the basic operation of the equipment and safety precautions to the customer's operators.

Full-cycle maintenance and repair services

It covers two main modules: routine equipment maintenance and fault repair. In terms of routine maintenance, regular on-site maintenance services are provided to customers according to the equipment usage time and working conditions, including guide rail lubrication system inspection, hydraulic system oil change, dust removal and maintenance of electrical components, etc., in order to prolong the service life of the equipment. In terms of fault maintenance, a 24-hour service response mechanism has been established. Upon receipt of a fault report from a customer, technicians quickly arrange to troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults (e.g. CNC system errors, damage to mechanical components, etc.) through remote guidance or on-site maintenance to minimise customers' production losses due to equipment downtime.

Customised technical training services

Customised training courses are provided according to the actual needs of the customer's operators and technicians. For operators, the training includes basic equipment operation, daily inspection, simple fault judgement and handling; for technicians, the training includes CNC program writing (e.g. G-code and M-code application), equipment parameter adjustment, and optimisation of complex machining technology. There are two forms of training: on-site training and centralised training at the company headquarters. Experienced CNC instructors teach through practical exercises to ensure that trainees can master the relevant skills and improve customers' equipment utilisation efficiency and machining quality.

Genuine Spare Parts Supply Service

Relying on the company's complete spare parts storage system, we provide customers with a full range of original spare parts for CNC machine tools, including tool holder assemblies, spindle units, linear guides, CNC system modules, electrical components and so on. All spare parts are fully matched with the original specifications of the equipment to ensure stable performance after replacement. Meanwhile, it provides fast spare parts delivery service: regular spare parts are shipped on the same day of order, and special spare parts are prioritised for production co-ordination to shorten customers' spare parts waiting period. In addition, it also provides customers with spare parts use suggestions and inventory management guidance to help customers reasonably stock key spare parts to avoid production delays caused by spare parts shortage.
