What types of CNC machine tools does your company mainly produce?

Ltd. mainly produces inclined bed series (such as inclined bed linear guideway turret lathe CK-46, inclined bed turret tailstock lathe CK-46TS), flat-belt series (such as flat-belt hard-guide lathe CK-6140/CK-6150), and tool holder + turret compound series (such as CK-46X-D). These products can meet various machining needs, such as turning and milling of shaft parts and disc parts, and are suitable for production scenarios in industries such as automotive parts, hardware products and moulds.

Yes, installation and commissioning is one of the core after-sales service of our company. After the customer purchases the equipment, we will send professional technical engineers to the site to plan the placement of the equipment according to the customer's workshop layout, connect the water, electricity and CNC system, carry out the spindle precision calibration, tool holder positioning adjustment, programme test operation, and so on. It ensures that the equipment achieves the designed machining accuracy immediately after installation, and at the same time explains the basic operation and safety norms to the operator.

All CNC machine tools of the company are provided with 1-year whole machine warranty (except for the guide rail lubricant, seals and other wearing parts, the warranty period is 3 months). If the equipment has non-man-made faults during the warranty period, customers can call the 24-hour service hotline. We will first solve the problem by remote guidance. If on-site maintenance is required, technicians will arrive at the site within 48 hours (24 hours for Pearl River Delta region) to provide free maintenance service and replace original spare parts.

Right. For customers' special processing scenarios (such as ultra-long workpiece processing, high-precision complex surface machining, etc.), the company can provide customised services: the technical team will communicate in-depth with customers about the processing needs and process requirements, and then optimise the structure of the equipment (e.g., extend the bed, increase the auxiliary support), configure the special rotary table/jig, and debug the customised CNC program to ensure that the customised equipment is fully adapted to the customer's production needs.

Right. The company provides customised training for personnel with different basics: operators with no basic knowledge can attend the “basic equipment operation + daily inspection + simple troubleshooting” training; technicians can learn the “CNC program writing (G/M code) + equipment parameter adjustment + process optimisation Technicians can learn ”CNC programme writing (G/M code) + equipment parameter adjustment + process optimisation". The training is conducted in the form of on-site training or centralised training at the company's headquarters, supplemented by practical exercises to ensure that trainees can operate the equipment independently.

Customers are required to complete basic maintenance regularly: ① Check the amount of guideway lubricant before starting the machine every day and replenish it when it is insufficient; ② Remove iron chips and oil stains on the tool holders/tool holders to avoid affecting the positioning accuracy of the tools; ③ Check the cooling fan in the electrical cabinet to prevent the components from overheating; ④ Clean the appearance of the machine and the operation panel every week to keep the machine clean. The company will provide "Equipment Maintenance Manual" for detailed instruction of operation.

Customers can purchase spare parts through the company's official channels (after-sales service hotline, official spare parts mall, dedicated account manager). All genuine original spare parts have exclusive markings (e.g. laser anti-counterfeiting code, brand logo) and their authenticity can be checked by entering the spare part number in the “Spare parts verification” section of the company's official website. At the same time, the date of manufacture, specification and quality inspection certificate will be marked on the original spare parts packaging to ensure that the customer is using original parts that are suitable for the equipment.

The company's CNC machines are by default equipped with CNC systems of well-known domestic brands (e.g. GS K, Huazhong CNC), which are stable in performance and cost-effective; they also support optional systems of international brands (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens) to meet the customer's needs for high-precision and complex process machining. If customers have specific system brand requirements, they need to be clarified in the procurement contract. The technical team will complete the compatibility debugging between the system and the equipment in advance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
